Coastline Construction was established in 1985 as a spinoff of Almquist Mobile Home Service which was founded in 1975. The company incorporated in 1990 and has been at the same physical address since then. Coastline holds a B, C-47, D-61 and D-03 Licenses with no outstanding contractor license board complaints.

Coastline was founded with a mission statement of one stop shopping in the Southern California manufactured housing construction business. Not a novel concept, but one that had never been done in our industry. We are a full-service company offering every aspect of on-site manufactured housing construction. Since 1985 we have successfully completed the installation and/or accessorizing of over 15,000 manufactured homes in the 6 Southern California counties. While specializing in new home installations for existing mobile home parks, we also do private property installations.

Coastline is well versed in setting all current (and past) manufacturers and is the first to become involved about any new engineering, legislation, or conceptual changes that affect our industry.

Coastline works well with all the inspecting agencies in southern California. Referrals from both inspecting agencies and manufacturers are available upon request. We pride ourselves on doing quality work in a timely manner and 95% of our workforce are employees, not subcontractors, thereby giving us an exceptional job flow control.

We are fully licensed, bonded and insured and there is not one community that our company is not welcomed to work in. Once again, referrals from park owners, management companies, dealers or end user customers are available upon request. We are also members in good standing with CMHI.
